GNAO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,326 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1AKMT2, RPL21P10, and RNA5SP162. Each is linked with GNAO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAO1-to-partner and partner-to-GNAO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1AKMT2 grouped by GNAO1-low versus GNAO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
