GNAO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNAO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTA5, CLEC2A, and OR11G2. Each is linked with GNAO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAO1-to-partner and partner-to-GNAO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTA5 grouped by GNAO1-low versus GNAO1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
