GNAL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mre11, Stathmin, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with GNAL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAL-to-partner and partner-to-GNAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mre11 grouped by GNAL-low versus GNAL-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
