GNAL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNAL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,224 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adenylate cyclase-activating dopamine receptor signaling pathway, Potassium ion import across plasma membrane, and Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport. Each is linked with GNAL in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAL-to-partner and partner-to-GNAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Adenylate cyclase-activating dopamine receptor signaling pathway grouped by GNAL-low versus GNAL-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
