Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNAL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OC90. Each is linked with GNAL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAL-to-partner and partner-to-GNAL results are reported.
