GNAI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 291 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST13P2, SUMO2P7, and PSMC1P8. Each is linked with GNAI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAI3-to-partner and partner-to-GNAI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ST13P2 grouped by GNAI3-low versus GNAI3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
