Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GNA15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GNA15 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher GNA15 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GNA15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCEC show a favorable association.
SKCM and UCEC are the cancer types where GNA15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
