GNA13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNA13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,495 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNA13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYTH1, GRB2, and LCP2. Each is linked with GNA13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNA13-to-partner and partner-to-GNA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNA13 versus CYTH1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
