Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNA13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,451 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD2, IFFO1, and CYTH1. Each is linked with GNA13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNA13-to-partner and partner-to-GNA13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNA13 versus KCTD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
