GNA13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNA13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCBP1-AS1, GLRX5, and HMCES. Each is linked with GNA13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNA13-to-partner and partner-to-GNA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCBP1-AS1 grouped by GNA13-low versus GNA13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
