Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNA13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,433 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNA13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, Positive regulation of organelle assembly, and Rho-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with GNA13 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNA13-to-partner and partner-to-GNA13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation grouped by GNA13-low versus GNA13-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
