GNA13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNA13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,177 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL8, OR13D1, and ELOA3DP. Each is linked with GNA13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNA13-to-partner and partner-to-GNA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTLL8 grouped by GNA13-low versus GNA13-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
