GMPSP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMPSP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,980 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMPSP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2_S139, SMC2, and PRXL2B. Each is linked with GMPSP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPSP1-to-partner and partner-to-GMPSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GMPSP1 versus MCM2_S139 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
