GMPR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 877 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRUNEP1, CNN2P10, and A2ML1-AS1. Each is linked with GMPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPR2-to-partner and partner-to-GMPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRUNEP1 grouped by GMPR2-low versus GMPR2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
