Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GMPR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GMPR data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GMPR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GMPR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where GMPR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
