GMPR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 679 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAICSP2, KRTAP10-11, and RPEP6. Each is linked with GMPR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPR-to-partner and partner-to-GMPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAICSP2 grouped by GMPR-low versus GMPR-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
