GMPR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB10, NPFFR1, and C16orf92. Each is linked with GMPR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPR-to-partner and partner-to-GMPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB10 grouped by GMPR-low versus GMPR-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
