GMPPB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMPPB mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,122 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMPPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM20C, LIN54, and SYNC. Each is linked with GMPPB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPPB-to-partner and partner-to-GMPPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM20C grouped by GMPPB-low versus GMPPB-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
