GMPPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMPPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,488 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMPPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF25, HM13, and MYDGF. Each is linked with GMPPA in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPPA-to-partner and partner-to-GMPPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GMPPA versus RNF25 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
