GMPPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMPPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 871 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMPPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICU1, STX12, and RAB2B. Each is linked with GMPPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPPA-to-partner and partner-to-GMPPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MICU1 grouped by GMPPA-low versus GMPPA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
