GMPPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMPPA mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,438 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMPPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRZ1, MYO1A, and ABCC8. Each is linked with GMPPA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPPA-to-partner and partner-to-GMPPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTPRZ1 grouped by GMPPA-low versus GMPPA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
