GMIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,819 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AC14, NCAPG, and ELOA. Each is linked with GMIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMIP-to-partner and partner-to-GMIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AC14 grouped by GMIP-low versus GMIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
