GMIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,835 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPAR2, MYO9B, and ELL. Each is linked with GMIP in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMIP-to-partner and partner-to-GMIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GMIP versus LPAR2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
