GMIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 167 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf141, OR11H6, and GPX5. Each is linked with GMIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMIP-to-partner and partner-to-GMIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf141 grouped by GMIP-low versus GMIP-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
