GMFG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMFG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 153 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMFG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CICP15, RNA5SP411, and RNA5SP124. Each is linked with GMFG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMFG-to-partner and partner-to-GMFG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CICP15 grouped by GMFG-low versus GMFG-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMFG→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMFG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
