Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMFB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,396 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMFB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, and DNA damage tolerance. Each is linked with GMFB in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMFB-to-partner and partner-to-GMFB results are reported.
