GMEB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMEB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMEB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ACC_pS79, and MSH6. Each is linked with GMEB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMEB2-to-partner and partner-to-GMEB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by GMEB2-low versus GMEB2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMEB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMEB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
