Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMEB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,795 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMEB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of RNA localization, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with GMEB2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMEB2-to-partner and partner-to-GMEB2 results are reported.
