GMDS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMDS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,429 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA15P2, RNA5SP411, and MIR6892. Each is linked with GMDS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMDS-to-partner and partner-to-GMDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CA15P2 grouped by GMDS-low versus GMDS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
