GMDS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,812 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3BGRL2, AGR2, and DSP. Each is linked with GMDS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMDS-to-partner and partner-to-GMDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GMDS versus SH3BGRL2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
