GMDS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,733 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMDS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' GDP-L-fucose biosynthetic process, GDP-mannose metabolic process, and Response to molecule of fungal origin. Each is linked with GMDS in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMDS-to-partner and partner-to-GMDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 'de novo' GDP-L-fucose biosynthetic process grouped by GMDS-low versus GMDS-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
