GMDS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMDS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf40, PNLIPRP1, and TFDP3. Each is linked with GMDS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMDS-to-partner and partner-to-GMDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C12orf40 grouped by GMDS-low versus GMDS-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
