Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GMCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3660, C2orf78, and COL5A1-AS1. Each is linked with GMCL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMCL2-to-partner and partner-to-GMCL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3660 grouped by GMCL2-low versus GMCL2-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
