GMCL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEU2, BPIFB6, and OOSP4A. Each is linked with GMCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMCL1-to-partner and partner-to-GMCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEU2 grouped by GMCL1-low versus GMCL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
