Across TCGA patient cohorts, GM2AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,567 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GM2AP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYCBP2_S2985, NDUFAB1, and OPHN1_S652. Each is linked with GM2AP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GM2AP1-to-partner and partner-to-GM2AP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GM2AP1 versus MYCBP2_S2985 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
