Across TCGA patient cohorts, GM2AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,839 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GM2AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to starvation, Positive regulation of protein kinase activity, and Obsolete cellular response to extracellular stimulus. Each is linked with GM2AP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GM2AP1-to-partner and partner-to-GM2AP1 results are reported.
