Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GM2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,884 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GM2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOC1, TMEM86A, and TMEM273. Each is linked with GM2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GM2A-to-partner and partner-to-GM2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
