GM2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GM2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,835 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GM2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FUCA1, HEXA, and PSAP. Each is linked with GM2A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GM2A-to-partner and partner-to-GM2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
