GM2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GM2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GM2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, TAF11L14, and RNA5SP369. Each is linked with GM2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GM2A-to-partner and partner-to-GM2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
