GLYR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLYR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,564 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLYR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF213-AS1, RRN3P1, and SSR3. Each is linked with GLYR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLYR1-to-partner and partner-to-GLYR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLYR1 versus ZNF213-AS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLYR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLYR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
