Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLYR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,082 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLYR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and Regulation of chromatin organization. Each is linked with GLYR1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLYR1-to-partner and partner-to-GLYR1 results are reported.
