GLYCTK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLYCTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 596 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLYCTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6738, KRTAP6-2, and MIR6795. Each is linked with GLYCTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLYCTK-to-partner and partner-to-GLYCTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6738 grouped by GLYCTK-low versus GLYCTK-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLYCTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLYCTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
