GLYATL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLYATL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,331 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLYATL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, SMCHD1, and ARHGEF2. Each is linked with GLYATL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLYATL1-to-partner and partner-to-GLYATL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLYATL1 versus MYEF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLYATL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLYATL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
