GLYATL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLYATL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,986 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLYATL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HGD, TMCC2, and GJB1. Each is linked with GLYATL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLYATL1-to-partner and partner-to-GLYATL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLYATL1 versus HGD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLYATL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLYATL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
