Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLYATL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,061 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLYATL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of pinocytosis, Positive regulation of dopamine uptake involved in synaptic transmission, and Plasma membrane raft assembly. Each is linked with GLYATL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLYATL1-to-partner and partner-to-GLYATL1 results are reported.
