Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLYATL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLYATL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPPP2, TAAR1, and SPRR1A. Each is linked with GLYATL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLYATL1-to-partner and partner-to-GLYATL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPPP2 grouped by GLYATL1-low versus GLYATL1-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLYATL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLYATL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
