Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLYAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,797 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLYAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAPLN, G0S2, and ADCY4. Each is linked with GLYAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLYAT-to-partner and partner-to-GLYAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLYAT versus PAPLN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLYAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLYAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
