Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLYAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,317 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLYAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with GLYAT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLYAT-to-partner and partner-to-GLYAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by GLYAT-low versus GLYAT-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
