GLUL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLUL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,002 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLUL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR103A1, KRTAP22-2, and HMGN1P33. Each is linked with GLUL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUL-to-partner and partner-to-GLUL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR103A1 grouped by GLUL-low versus GLUL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLUL→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLUL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
