GLUL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLUL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLUL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, REG1B, and SPINK9. Each is linked with GLUL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUL-to-partner and partner-to-GLUL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by GLUL-low versus GLUL-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLUL→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLUL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
